I used to doubt myself all the time and worry about what everyone else thought. I was very anxious, a bit OCD and a real people pleaser. During my zoom sessions with Lee, we developed my emotional tolerance before working on the core beliefs and feelings that were fuelling my anxiety. Not knowing why I felt anxious all the time, was one of the things that made me feel more anxious, but that stopped after we mapped my anxiety pattern. It was then that I began to rediscover who I really was - my true essence - and that's when everything really started to shift. I now feel lighter, more confident, and able to face situations that used to scare me before. It’s been completely life-changing. Thanks ever so much.
