What happens on a discovery call?

A discovery call is a relaxed, informal 30-minute conversation on Zoom. You can tell me a bit about what’s going on for you, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for my approach. There’s no pressure and no obligation – it’s simply a chance for us to connect and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

How do I know which type of therapy is right for me?

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you get in touch. Many people come to me feeling stuck, anxious or simply sensing that something needs to change, without knowing exactly what kind of support they’re looking for. If you’re new to this kind of work or unsure whether my approach is right for you, a free discovery call is always the best place to start. If you’re already familiar with somatic or holistic therapy and ready to dive in, you’re welcome to book a single session or package directly.

Do you work with people outside the UK?

Yes — sessions are online via Zoom, so I work with clients worldwide, time zone permitting.

How often should I have sessions?

Most clients start with weekly or fortnightly sessions, depending on what feels manageable. We can discuss the frequency that works best for you on the discovery call or in your first session.

Is everything discussed in sessions confidential?

Yes – everything shared in our sessions is held in strict confidence. As a professional therapist I work within a clear ethical framework, which means there are a small number of situations where confidentiality has limits. These are: If I believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm; If I am required to disclose information by a court of law; If material arises that relates to acts of terrorism or serious crime. Outside of these rare situations, nothing you share will ever be disclosed to a third party without your explicit consent. If you have any questions or concerns about confidentiality before booking, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Make A Booking

If you want to heal, grow, awaken and thrive, and you’re ready to experience real inner shifts, I’m here to guide and support you.

Before booking a discovery call, I recommend completing my free Neurosomatic Awareness programme. It introduces the nervous system, somatic awareness, emotions, patterns, presence and deeper conditioning, while giving you an opportunity to experience my approach for yourself. It also provides important preparation for somatic and integrative therapy, so completing the programme means you'll start therapy with a shared foundation and can get more from our work together.
